Generally we do not grant refunds. For accidental purchases or short notice refunds please contact us – we will provide a full refund of your money when the project has not been arranged, started or completed by the time you inform us and/or request the refund. Once a project has been started, set up, delivered (in parts or completely) we can’t offer any refunds. For order switches or upgrades please do not hesitate to contact us.
